Project Summary:
North Shore Environmental Construction completed a facility survey to identify the location and types of waste present in the closed facility. After completion of the survey several areas required immediate attention to prevent spills from damaged containers and improperly stored waste materials. This work was the first step in the redevelopment of the 21 acre parcel. Accumulated unconsolidated waste included corrosives, pesticides, herbicides, flammables and reactives. Waste streams were segregated and lab packed for proper identification and shipping for disposal.
