Project Summary:
North Shore Environmental Construction successfully removed PCB-contaminated oil and provided decontamination per EPA/TSCA protocols for several utility structures from 1989 – 2010. Confined space trained technicians and experienced response managers completed several projects on an emergency basis. The NSEC confined space safety protocols and equipment used provided safe and successful results. The confined space required Level C protection.
